Nawabgunj— Jhelum Trivedi

Jun 8, 2024 | Bookworm | 0 comments

As a global citizen, Nawabgunj emerges as a microcosm of the world at large with all its diversities, simplicities and predicaments. This place acts as a window through which the poet observes the milieu of living a humane life, an observation that is so very much her own, much like a hermit who rises above the banalities of the mundane world and introspects not merely as a poet but also as a philosopher.

In this video Amanita and Barid delve into the mind of Jhelum Trivedi, the poetess and analyze her poetic perspective and her craft of transforming that into writing.
